"Changing an Industry..... One Rig at a Time"

Rig Training and Learning Management System (RTMS™)

The Check Six, RTMS™, Rig Training and and Learning Management System is a state-of-the-art advanced simulator and learning management system uses the same technology currently being used to train the next generation of US fighter pilots. Rehearsal and simulation is key to their success. The Learning Management System not only determines compliance, but also measures competency.

The cost of preventable human error is often staggering and always unacceptable. RTMS™ is able to combine scenarios between critical positions on a rig to minimize human errors that can lead to catastrophic consequences. For instance, we can allow the crane operator to interact with the driller as they run casing or run an Emergency Disconnect with a Driller, A-Driller, DPO, and Ballast Control. We can test communication and decision-making skills and automatically assess, remediate, and document the training in an electronic training record.

The RTMS™ is customizable to any automated rig and can easily replicate company protocols and procedures. It uses actual rig console software to offer realistic interface menus, through high fidelity joystick components and 5th generation virtual reality goggles.

RTMS™ Benefits

Whether practicing making-up a connection, rehearsing taking a kick, or teaching newly promoted hands how to operate the chair, the Check Six RTS provides a safe, portable, and cost-effective environment for experiential learning. Today's digital generation thrives in a virtual learning environment. The Check Six RTS adds interactive courseware that optimizes the student's experience with challenging content that includes real-time feedback features; such as embedded questioning and end of lesson quizzes. The Check Six Rig Training System will accelerate learning, maintain proficiency, and dramatically reduce preventable human error.
