Scope: High reliability operations require that every activity is a planned event (Plan). These plans require a briefing that explains the plan, improves communication skills and also confirms understanding (Brief). During task execution, there must be deliberate crosschecks; mutual support and oversight (Execute) Lastly, there must be a debrief or after-action-review that will result in continuous improvement, accelerated learning and a high reliability culture development (AAR). Demonstrating and reinforcing the simplicity of this process is what makes our impact virtually immediate and culture changing.
