OBJECTIVE
The Check-6 3-Day course provides your operational managers with an in-depth understanding of the obligations, responsibilities and attributes required of leaders in high-reliability/high-risk environment. They will leave the course with exceptional knowledge of Crew Resource Management, that will allow your company to minimize crew errors while optimizing teamwork communication, leadership, coaching and speaking skills.

CONCEPT OF OPERATIONS
Check-6 will conduct an in-depth review of leadership fundamentals, human factors and the forces that influence human performance in high-reliability/high-risk operations. The first two days include 16 hours of interactive presentations and discussion. The 3rd day students give a 20-minute presentation, critiqued by the class and Check-6 instructors. Students leave the class with a thorough understanding of CRM, teamwork optimization and a critical review of their personal presentation skills.
