CONCEPT OF OPERATIONS
The Facilitated Performance Planning Day is an extremely effective, fast-paced, timeline-driven process. Each planning team is no larger than 15 people. Planning Teams will be on the clock for each planning step. Check 6 consultants will facilitate each team through the performance planning process; keeping teams focused on the planning objective and manage time. At the end of the day each Planning Team will have an executable plan on a Power Point presentation and brief plan to leadership.
Multi-day performance planning events can be conducted to meet client objectives. Combining a Performance Debriefing Program to gather previous lessons learned the day prior to planning is a powerful addition to Performance Planning.
