John "Milt" Milton
John “Milt” Milton is currently Vice President of Alaska Operations and has been with Check-6 since 2009. Born and raised on a grain and livestock farm he is an accomplished business owner and fighter pilot with vast leadership experience in high risk/high reliability operations. He has accumulated and a proven track record of building, training and deploying effective combat and non-combat teams across multiple services.
Milt started his military career flying fighters in the United States Navy from 1986-1995 before joining the Illinois Air National Guard in 1997 and retiring in 2008. He has accumulated over 3700 hours in F-14, F-16 and A-4 aircraft, 74 combat sorties and 298 carrier arrested landings.
He is a commercial airline pilot with over 6000 hours in Boeing 727, 747 and Airbus 319/320 aircraft currently on voluntary leave of absence from United Airlines and owner operator of a corn and soybean farm in central Illinois.
